Cilou Annys is a Belgian beauty pageant contestant from Bruges who won Miss Belgium 2010 on Sunday 1 January 2010. She is also Miss West Flanders.
Cilou Annys will represent Belgium in Miss Universe 2010 pageant contest at the Mandalay Bay Events Center in the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino, Las Vegas, Nevada, USA on August 23, 2010.
